On-Board Air System (cont')

Not a good picture due to the shadows, but here is the frame all painted and assembled.

Here it is mounted under the bed and ready for the tank.

It took a bit of figuring to determine how to arrange all of the plumbing to fit in the space available. I pre-plumbed the air tank with all of the necessary fittings and equipment before I mounted it under the truck. (note that the quick-drain fitting and safety relief valve are not shown in the photo, but were installed after the picture was taken).
The tank and associated plumbing installed. The inlet gauge shows me how much pressure is in the tank. The outlet gauge shows me how much pressure is in the line between the air regulator and the locker. I have the regulator set for 85 psi. The pressure switch is set so that if the air drops to 85 psi (in the tank) it will turn on the compressor. It lets the compressor run until the tank pressure reaches 105 psi.
