Rock Sliders

Part II

A view of the supports attached to the frame brackets. Each support was tack-welded in place while the sliders were aligned to the body for a perfect fit. Then, the sliders were tacked to the supports, and the whole assembly removed from the truck for the final welding work.

A picture of a fresh slider, just before mounting on the truck.

A good look at the gussets.

A view from the underside. The outer tubes are angled upwards for optimum clearance.
